The Bridge Resource Management (BRM) course provides training in the effective management and coordination of bridge personnel to ensure the safe navigation of vessels. The course focuses on communication, teamwork, leadership, situational awareness, decision-making, workload management, passage planning, error prevention, and the efficient use of navigational equipment and resources. Participants will develop the skills necessary to work effectively as part of a bridge team and to maintain safe navigational watchkeeping practices in accordance with STCW requirements and international best practices.
